On the first Saturday of May 2021, 10 incredible chefs converged on Churchill Downs to execute the 147th running of the Kentucky Derby. This is the day the League of Extraordinary Chefs was officially born.
Since then our ranks have grown to a full roster of world class chefs and hospitality professionals. We strive to create dining perfection for hotels & resorts, professional sporting & entertainment events, conventions, top-tier restaurants, and corporate & private events across the United States.
The League offers chefs and front-of-house pros for events of all sizes, and short-term (3-7+ days) to long-term (6+ months) placements. Our team is heavily vetted prior to acceptance into the League and held to the highest of professional standards. We strive to find the perfect task force fit for every assignment, pairing the chef or FOH pro based on 15 individual criteria, from their experience and background to the details of the assignment, location, and fit with the existing team.
